About your coach
Jesse is passionate about coaching and skill breakdown, excelling in teaching others the intricacies of their craft. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Jesse has honed the art of breaking down complex skills and making them accessible to aspiring performers.
Their coaching style emphasises precision, safety and skill progression, ensuring that his students reach their full potential. As Jesse embraces new challenges and explores fresh artistic endeavors, their dedication to nurturing talent and fostering creativity remains unwavering.
In 1997, Jesse embarked on his movement journey in the world of combat sports in Kickboxing, which eventually led to two Ring Fights and earning a coveted Black Belt. Seeking new heights, they transitioned to the realm of acrobatics and gymnastics, culminating in acceptance to the prestigious National Institute of Circus Arts.
After graduating, Jesse founded TEAM LOKO and assumed the role of head trainer. The company showcased breathtaking performances at iconic locations like the Sydney Opera House Forecourt and Sydney Harbour Foreshore, leaving audiences enthralled.
Transitioning towards the world of stunt performance, Jesse rekindled his passion for Kickboxing while delving into new disciplines like Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Taekwondo and Silat. Alongside training, they also explored various movement practices such as yoga, Feldenkrais, Calisthenics and the movement culture, further expanding their skill set.
Jesse has continuously pushed the boundaries of physical expression, leaving an indelible mark in both the circus arts and stunt performance realms.
